All experiences will include the gongs, but we can add other elements that you choose such as a gong demonstration to show you how it all works or a guided meditation from my series Becoming My True Song. Or, I could guide your group through creating personalized intentions or teach your guests self-care tips like how to do your own head and face massage. If you are interested in my writing, we could include a book reading and book signing of one of my self-care/inspirational books! Or, if you and your friends are caregivers who need a break, choose Caregivers’ Oasis.
