Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

In the case that an event is cancelled that you have already paid for, you will be eligible to attend a different, comparable, upcoming event or ask for a refund.

In the case that Celestial Sound needs to cancel a private event (ie. BookMe), every effort will be made to reschedule at a time that works for you. In the case that rescheduling does not work, a full refund will be provided to the client within 30 days of cancellation.

In the case that a client needs to cancel a private event (ie BookME) with Celestial Sound, the client can incur a penalty fee of no more than %30 of the cost of services.

Organizations needing to cancel a booked event are eligible for a refund in the following scale:

  • 30 or more days from the event date: full refund
  • Cancellation 15 – 29 days prior to the event date: 50% refund
  • Cancellation 0-14 days prior to the event date: 0% refund

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Loyalty cards
