I have literally wanted to have online booking and payments as an option for customers for more than two years. So this is a big deal for me. Using Vagaro as my platform for bookings will allow me to expand my business into more one-on-one individual sessions and give me more reach in the community. I’m learning the system right now, so expect a few glitches, but we will get there together!

While it might take a few extra minutes right now on your smart phone or computer, booking through Vagaro will ultimately make your customer experience smoother and easier. Use the video at the end of this article as a tutorial for setting up your free account with Vagaro if you don’t already have one. If possible, use the same email address you use to receive my newsletter. Once you have your account set up, search for “Celestial Sound” in “Green Bay” and bookmark it as a favorite.
A little tutorial
Once inside, use the tabs near the top to explore (as pictured above). Use “Services” to book individual sessions on my calendar or to book a “Book Me for Friends and Family” or even to book me for a wellness event at your place of work. Use “Classes” to find group classes held at Celestial Sound or in the community. Use the “Gift Cards” tab to purchase gift cards. And use the “Products” to explore and purchase any of my books, prints, posters, or other products from Celestial Art. Go to the cart to check out.
If you are unfamiliar with Vagaro, expect a bit of a learning period. And that’s okay. I’m learning too! But I will be happy to help you through the process if needed. And we won’t let snags prevent you from attending an event, so don’t worry about that. If needed, I can register you.

Choose your preferred starting point to learn about Celestial Sound offerings: CelestialSoundGB.com OR Vagaro.com (or more exact, https://www.vagaro.com/us04/celestialsound) Vagaro also has an app for your phone or tablet that you can install. On my website CelestialSoundGB.com, you will find full monthly calendars as well as some longer descriptions along with buttons that will take you to the booking area. Start at HOME or use the tabs at the top, as usual.
