Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
In the case that a class is cancelled that you have already paid for, you will be eligible to attend a different, comparable, upcoming class or ask for a refund.
In the case that Celestial Sound needs to cancel a private session, every effort will be made to reschedule at a time that works for you. In the case that rescheduling does not work, a full refund will be provided to the client within 30 days of cancellation.
In the case that a client needs to cancel a private session with Celestial Sound, the client can incur a penalty fee of no more than %30 of the cost of services.
Organizations needing to cancel a booked event are eligible for a refund in the following scale:
- 30 or more days from the event date: full refund
- Cancellation 15 – 29 days prior to the event date: 50% refund
- Cancellation 0-14 days prior to the event date: 0% refund
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Loyalty cards
