Gratitude for the Journey
I’m thrilled to be celebrating four years in business doing business as Celestial Sound this August 2025. At one time playing gongs for people was just an idea. Then it became a reality. Now it is a beautiful and integral part of my life and of hundreds of others in the Green Bay Metro Area and beyond.
These four years I’ve gone from playing for a few friends a month to about 8 events a month for the public. I also offer services to schools, businesses, organizations, and care-facilities. AND I am in recent months getting individual sound sessions off the ground.
Through it all I am so thankful for my clients who now range from 14 – 101 years old. What a joy it is to bring relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation to your lives. Your continued support of Celestial Sound is so appreciated! I love to hear your stories about how the gongs have brought better mental, physical, spiritual wellness to your lives. And it means the world to me (and helps my business grow) when you come again or bring a friend to share in the amazing experience that is a gong sound bath. It is hard for me to believe, my gongs have now been heard from Hong Kong to Howard! With stops in Verona, Crivitz, Appleton, Green Bay, Suamico, Minneapolis, MN, Sturgeon Bay, The Dells, and more. (Most of you know my gong playing journey began while I was living and teaching in Hong Kong.)
In the past few years I have been asked to be a presenter/speaker in order to bring education and therapeutic sound experiences to the community. This is something I LOVE to do and I truly value, because everyone deserves to get gonged AND understand the benefits of the sound vibrations of gongs. Engagements have included: The Walk to End Alzheimers, Green Bay; The Victory Summit, Green Bay, for Parkinsons Awareness; Guiding Caregivers to Wellness, @ Curative Connections, Green Bay presented by the Brown County Caregivers’ Coalition; Brain Awareness Week sponsored by Brain Center in Green Bay; Mental Health and Wellness Fair at Southwest High School in Green Bay; the Green Bay Area Retired Men’s Club; and soon, Music and the Brain as co-presenter with The Brain Center.

Customer Appreciation Event
If you’ve been gonged, YOU ARE A CUSTOMER. This Customer Appreciation Event (September 13 from 6 – 8:30 PM) is a free event just for YOU. I so appreciate each of you that I would love for you to join us. Stop by Celestial Sound for a chance to hang out on the deck, explore inside and browse or buy my Celestial Art or/and books. Or simply bring a suit and towel and enjoy the clean, warm water of the Bay. Arrive early or stay late (bring bug spray) and take a walk at Sensiba Wildlife Area just across the street.
The main attraction will be a gong bath beginning at 7:15 PM. If the weather is good we will hold the event outside. Guests can put a mat on the grass or the deck or bravely float in a float device on the bay while listening to the celestial sounds of the gongs. RSVPs appreciated through Vagaro.com/celestialsound

I wanted to mark four years in a special way. That’s why I have arranged an Anniversary Tour. During August I will again provide events at many of my partner businesses. You will easily be able to find an event near you. Sometimes there will even be gong and reiki OR gong and Peter Hess bowls.
