Support and Sound Bath Offered at ADRC

If you support a loved one with special needs, manage their appointments, or advocate for their care, you are a caregiver. Your role matters, and so does your well-being. “Support and Sound Bath” (AKA Caregivers’ Oasis) offers the therapeutic sounds of gongs to provide relief, while expanding your self-care toolkit, and building community. No experience needed. Come for the sound bath and the support you need. Experience greater health, respite, and connection.

- Located at Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Brown County, 300 S. Adams St., Green Bay, WI
Caregiver’s Oasis is also offered at Celestial Sound most second Mondays from 10 – 11:30 AM ($15). Join monthly for consistent support or drop in as you can to experience more self-care strategies as you take good care of yourself to best care for the one you love.

I am thrilled to announce that Celestial Sound is now able to offer Individual Sound Packages for those interested in more consistent, cost-effective therapeutic sound and support. I love working with clients one-on-one. For those who have discovered the power of sound and value connecting with a good listener, this might be what you are looking for.
Sometimes a sound bath in a group setting just doesn’t cut it. Sometimes you want to linger, talk, and have the vibrations of the gong be targeted specifically to your needs. This is it!
What to Know
- Personalized for what you are experiencing real time.
- Always include an intention and a gong meditation.
- Receive your intention and Brenda’s notes by email to reference anytime.
- Pay $175/5 sessions. Save 12.5% per session.

Ladies, what about a retreat?
I really can’t wait for the good weather! I’d love to hold a daylong retreat at my location on the Bay in Suamico this July. Decompress at Celestial Sound, which is situated right on the Bay of Green Bay with beautiful views of water, birds, and sky on both sides! I’d love to share a day with you on the water floating or swimming, playing the gongs outside, mindfully walking the nearby one-hour Sensiba Trail, eating nutritious food, journaling, and generally bonding with other amazing women for a whole day. I’m thinking about themes and other possible experiences as well as dates and cost and I would love your input.
