Sound Healing Support for Ascension Symptoms
Perhaps you, too, are aware of your own awakening. I’ve been on my spiritual journey for decades, but would pinpoint the past nine years as a true cycle of awakening and ascension. The embedded article below “10 Physical Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening and How to Recognize Them” is more authoritative than what I can offer for understanding ascension symptoms. But I certainly can relate!

As our planet and we undergo an unprecedented upshift in vibrational frequency, we are bound to feel it. A quick Google search will tell you “Ascension symptoms” are a collection of physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that individuals may experience during a spiritual awakening or a shift to a higher state of consciousness.”
(It is important to note that many of the following bolded symptoms can also indicate medical conditions, so consulting a healthcare professional is always recommended if symptoms are new or persistent.)
Physically, I often feel tingling in the crown of the head or these days even throughout my entire body. I also can hear clicking, a high pitched tone, or feel unusual pulsations. What about you? What about fatigue, insomnia, unexplainable body aches or even flu-like symptoms? Perhaps my new gong class is for you. We’ll set an intention to smooth the ride and let the gong vibrations do the rest.
Emotional and mental awareness is affected by the shift in frequency that comes with awakening and ascension, as well. My symptoms have included memory loss or brain fog, and heightened intuition. Some have begun experiencing more vivid dreams. To this point I’ve not experienced other symptoms such as anxiety or depression, intense emotional swings, or disconnection from the material world. But you might, in fact, be dealing with these right now. Finally, spiritual symptoms include increased synchronicities, a magnetic pull towards nature, time distortion, and a re-examination of old beliefs as one searches for personal meaning and purpose in life. In the past nine years I have experienced all of these with more and more frequency and intensity. What about you? Does the passage of time seem inexplicably quick? Does nature call to you?
