November Shout Outs

Each month I’m thrilled to have a variety of experiences and opportunities bringing the therapeutic sound of gongs to the community. Thank you to all of those who have supported Celestial Sound in November.

Much gratitude to those who attended the first Balancing the Heart Chakra: Retreat Near Home. Together it was a healing and balancing day for our hearts through meditation, nature, gongs, reiki and journaling and sharing.

The Oneida Nation Annual Caregiver’s Event was Nov. 19. It was my pleasure to bring the soothing sounds of the gongs and a little introduction to their benefits to carers and those they care for.

My continued gratitude to the Wellness program at Appleton Area School District. They have been supporting their teachers’ wellness nearly monthly for four years now with sound baths from Celestial Sound.

Shout out to Curative Connections which continues to be a favorite place to bring relaxation with gongs. Centering and calm for those experiencing brain trauma, autism, and dementia is so valuable.
