What’s Go’ng On?

June has been an amazing month for me personally. I’ve taken a lot of time off to travel with my husband to Washington and Vancounver, BC. We reconnected with friends from our lives in Asia. What a joy!

I’ve begun my seven week gong course with Martha Collard from Red Doors Studio. I’m learning and relearning playing techniques, history of gongs, types of gongs, healing properties of sound, etc. Wonderful!

Soon Self-care Staycation will kickoff at capacity! So happy to share self-care techniques from my book Me Time: Self-care in a Challenging World and spend the day with wonderful people recalibrating ourselves with nature, sacred sound, and reiki.

I was grateful to receive such positive feedback from the students at Southwest High School. Comments include:
